  1. We make all our own stocks and sauces – in this day and age where everything is so often brought in and pre-packaged, we are proud to say that all of our stocks and sauces are made in our kitchen, by our chefs, using fresh ingredients! Not everyone can say that…
  2. Our brigade know what they are doing – between them they have over 66 years of combined experience!
  3. Our catering is all in house. This means that our brigade are always here, all day every day; they know our kitchen, they know our venue and they want to know our clients! Our Exec Chef, Adrian, is always happy to meet our clients and discuss their menu, whether it’s adding some extra veg, or full consultation for creating an entirely bespoke menu from scratch!
  4. We work very closely with our suppliers, especially our butchers and fishmongers, to ensure that we are bringing you the very best seasonal product, direct from the farm or the sea to your plate!
  5. We’re good eggs! Baxter Storey have been awarded one of Compassion in World Farming’s“Good Egg” Awards, for our commitment to using only free range eggs or RSPCA Freedom Farm eggs
